The Activity Log
A record of what everyone on the account has done.
The Activity Log — SmartLog on the product pages — lists what everyone on the account has done, newest first. It is written automatically; there is nothing to switch on.
What gets recorded
- Leads and clients created or edited
- Cards moved between pipeline stages, and which stage they landed in
- Jobs logged and updated
- Imports, with how many rows were added
- Website Manager access granted or revoked
- Pipeline stages added, renamed or removed
Each entry records who did it, what they did, which record it affected, and when. A contact's own page shows just that contact's activity.
