Granting and revoking a client's Website Manager access
A single switch per client that opens or closes their dashboard.
Administrator only
Each client has one switch controlling whether their people can reach the Website Manager at all. Find it in the Website Manager column on the Clients tab.
- Revoke: that client's accounts are refused immediately, with a message telling them to contact Kirk & Co.
- Grant: access returns straight away.
How it relates to permissions
This is the outer gate; account permissions are the inner detail. The client switch decides whether they get in at all; permissions decide what they see once inside.
It never locks you out. Administrators are not affected; you view on behalf of a client, so revoking must not close your own tooling. Every grant and revoke is recorded in the Activity Log.
